We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Notions, parts & thread we ship Priority Mail. Larger items are shipped UPS Ground except cabinets come by truck. We cannot ship to a P. O. Box. |

Quaility Control on all products are the best. Please confirm you are ordering the correct accessories for your machine. If you have a question, email me, and put your machine make & model in the special instructions at the very end of the ordering process. I will address this to make sure you are ordering the correct part. You may return an item for replacement within 3 days of the receivership unopened. Exception to this is any special ordered item - these under no circumstances may be returned even for credit. Please email or telephone for return authorization number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice/packing slip.
When you return an item, please email me for a return # -include it on the outside of the box, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. |
